Primary responsibilities include conducting reactive maintenance repairs across various contracts, assessing and ordering necessary parts and equipment, updating tasks on the CAFM System, and performing preventive maintenance tasks like emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, distribution board checks, and equipment functional testing.
Required experience includes NVQ 3 Electrical Installation, City & Guilds certifications in electrical installation, extensive knowledge of commercial electrical systems, strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience, full UK driving license, and expertise in electrical wiring, fault finding, repair work, and testing of electrical systems and controls.
