Primary responsibilities include conducting planned and reactive maintenance for plumbing and fabric works, supporting help desk operations, performing water hygiene and plant inspections, and managing filter changes. Technicians will update task completion in the CAFM system, ensure engineering standards are maintained, and proactively manage service condition and repairs.
Required experience includes C&G 6035 Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Plumbing studies, BPEC Water Supply regulations certification, MEWP and IPAF qualifications for mobile elevated work platforms, fabric maintenance credentials, and Legionella/L8 qualification. Candidates must be comfortable working in plant room environments, handling high-level tasks, and following strict health and safety procedures.
