The role requires proven experience as a multi-skilled engineer with a strong background in general building maintenance, ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, basic carpentry skills, and experience with plastering and decorating. Candidates should possess relevant trade qualifications like NVQ or City & Guilds, have a full UK driving license, and demonstrate comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations.
