The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a multi-skilled engineer, preferably in a mobile or field-based role. They must possess strong technical skills in general building maintenance, fabric work, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing repairs. Essential qualifications include experience with plastering, decorating, surface preparation, basic carpentry, and a full, clean UK driving license. Relevant trade qualifications like NVQ or City & Guilds are advantageous.
