Primary responsibilities include managing real estate projects from inception to completion, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, navigating project requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of construction and renovation initiatives for property owners and end-users.
Required experience includes a completed HBO or WO-level education preferably in construction or technical business administration, 2-4 years of relevant project management experience, strong analytical skills, basic knowledge of construction techniques, costs, procedures, technical specifications, and budgeting.
