Primary responsibilities include learning property systems and databases, collecting and analyzing cost information, drafting cost plans, interim valuations, cost reports, and reinstatement cost assessments. Interns will work directly with expert Quantity Surveyors and Cost Managers in a multi-disciplinary team, gaining practical experience in real estate project management and cost consulting.
Candidates must be in their penultimate year of university, have GCSEs with C/4 grade or above in English and Maths, and be on track to receive a 2:1 or above in any bachelor's degree. Strong interest in the property industry, specifically residential assets, is crucial.
