Primary responsibilities include planning and developing vendor consultations with detailed construction specifications, material quantities, and quality assessments aligned with project and company policies. The role involves systematizing budgets, technical analysis of written and drawn documents, work measurement, proposal preparation, and extra work analysis in collaboration with Project Managers.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years professional experience as a Cost Estimator in general contracting, preferably with a Civil Engineering degree. Strong interpersonal skills, multidisciplinary team collaboration, analytical capabilities, vendor management, negotiation skills, organizational abilities, and proactive problem-solving are essential.
