Job description
JLL is seeking an experienced Receptionist for their Integrated Facilities Management business line in Brno, Czech Republic. The ideal candidate will provide front-of-house services, manage administrative tasks, and support company operations with excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
Primary responsibilities include greeting guests, managing visitor access, answering and routing phone calls, maintaining office security, preparing meeting rooms, handling mail/deliveries, and providing comprehensive front desk support for the organization.
The role requires advanced proficiency in Czech and English, strong IT literacy, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills. Candidates must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining a professional demeanor under pressure.
