Job description
A senior facilities management role responsible for overseeing daily facilities management activities across multiple sites for a global Health Tech client. The role requires managing integrated facilities services, leading a team, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing both hard and soft services across production, R&D, and office locations.
The primary responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day facilities management activities at global Health Tech client sites, supporting the EMEA Account Director, and leading a team to ensure comprehensive contract delivery across 400,000 m2 of sites. The role involves being the key point of contact for stakeholders, managing all hard and soft services, and ensuring high levels of client and tenant satisfaction.
The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in integrated facilities management, with a strong background in engineering services, manufacturing, R&D, and office environments. Requirements include a degree in facilities operations, property, or engineering, a recognized EH&S qualification, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the integrated facilities management industry. Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory, with German being preferred.
