Job description
JLL seeks a Business Development Director to drive retail expansion through active client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic development in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, business development experience, and the ability to manage complex client negotiations.
Primary responsibilities include actively acquiring new clients within medium and large firms, comprehensively guiding clients through warehouse and production space rental processes, building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients and business partners, participating in industry conferences and events, and contributing to team strategy development.
Required experience includes strong retail industry networking skills, proven experience in business client acquisition, sales presentation, client need analysis, ability to negotiate with decision-makers at various levels, high autonomy in planning actions, and excellent English language proficiency.
