Job description
JLL is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to manage Atlassian client workplaces in EMEA, specifically in the Netherlands and Poland. The role requires managing facilities operations, concierge services, and leading a team of 4 direct reports while ensuring exceptional workplace experiences and operational excellence.
This role involves comprehensive facilities management across multiple sites, including overseeing day-to-day operational and financial aspects of workplace environments, conducting regular workplace inspections, managing asset replacements, and maintaining vendor relationships.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of facilities management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role. Strong technical skills are required, including proficiency in facilities management software, building management systems, HVAC controls, fire safety protocols, and workplace analytics tools.
