Primary responsibilities include leading large and complex tenant refurbishment and relocation projects, providing project oversight, strategically advising tenants on site selection and lease negotiations, managing tender and procurement processes, and supporting business development for occupier services.
Candidates must have at least 10 years of project management experience in office refurbishment projects, with leadership experience, extensive budget and schedule management skills, technical expertise in lease agreements, construction processes, IT infrastructure, and strong knowledge of government and change management processes.
