Primary responsibilities include leading day-to-day project delivery for funds, developers, and occupiers, managing design teams, selecting and appointing contractors, developing project documentation, and ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background in project management, preferably with MRICS or APM qualification, with extensive experience in delivering new build commercial and significant refurbishment projects ranging from £2m to £50m+, demonstrating ability to manage complex schemes and build strong client relationships.
