Job description
JLL is seeking an experienced Senior Proposal Manager to join their high-performance Proposal Management team in London. The role involves crafting strategic responses for high-profile business pursuits, supporting business development across EMEA and internationally, with a focus on improving win rates and differentiating the firm's proposals.
Primary responsibilities include creating comprehensive bid strategies, developing win themes, identifying necessary resources, understanding competitive landscapes, and coordinating internal and external proposal reviews. The role requires developing bid programs, ensuring high-quality tender responses, and supporting global sales enablement initiatives.
Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of bid management experience, with an in-depth understanding of end-to-end tendering processes. Strong communication skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and excellent English language skills are required.
