Primary responsibilities include managing comprehensive professional space development projects (offices, retail, and increasingly higher education spaces) spanning a minimum of 1000 m², ensuring client objectives are met regarding costs, quality, and timeline. The intern will assist senior project managers in piloting projects from start to finish, developing and tracking project management tools such as schedules, budgets, and risk analyses.
Required experience includes being currently enrolled in higher education (engineering school, business school, or architecture school) with strong organizational skills, analytical capabilities, and professional communication abilities. Candidates must demonstrate rigor, methodical approach, and ability to manage projects while interfacing with various stakeholders including executive leadership and operational teams. Fluent English is essential, and familiarity with real estate and design sectors is preferred.
