Primary responsibilities include analyzing buildings and land, gathering stakeholder requirements, defining product concepts, consulting and selecting technical participants, tracking preliminary and detailed project studies, obtaining administrative authorizations, managing project participants, and coordinating interventions throughout the project lifecycle.
Required experience includes being a current Master's level student in engineering, architecture, or business schools, with excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, adaptability, and a good level of English proficiency. Candidates should be interested in acquiring experience in real estate project management.
