Job description

Primary responsibilities include formulating and executing industry sales strategies, identifying key technology clients, achieving a $4,000,000 USD sales target, and establishing deep relationships with client stakeholders to solve complex business challenges.
The ideal candidate will have extensive real estate advisory experience in the technology sector, with strong sales skills, executive presence, and the ability to work with senior clients at global organizations. Requires 15+ years of technology consulting experience, demonstrated strategic thinking, and proven business development track record.
