Primary responsibilities include supporting Polish Valuation teams by filling pre-defined valuation report templates, performing data analysis on property documentation, conducting lease agreement analysis, extracting information from technical documentation, and researching external data sources in compliance with license agreements.
Required experience includes strong bilingual communication skills, proficiency in MS Word and Excel, ability to analyze complex documents like land registers and development plans, precise report template completion, and a keen eye for detail. Prior experience in real estate report writing and modeling is highly appreciated.
