Job description
JLL is seeking a dedicated Workplace Ambassador to support and enhance the workplace experience. This role involves managing service requests, ensuring smooth facility operations, and providing excellent customer service in a dynamic work environment.
As a Workplace Ambassador, you will be responsible for managing service requests, coordinating facility maintenance, and providing first-point-of-contact support for employees and visitors. This involves efficiently handling incoming inquiries, logging and tracking service tickets, and ensuring timely resolution of workplace-related issues.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience in customer service or facility management. A background in administrative support, hospitality, or related fields is preferred. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and professionalism in all interactions.
