Job description
A confirmed project manager role in the construction and renovation of professional spaces, responsible for managing medium to large-scale renovation projects (2,000 to 30,000 m²). The role requires overseeing project execution to ensure cost, quality, timeline, and safety standards are met while working closely with project managers, architects, and furniture specialists.
Primary responsibilities include comprehensive project management from initial documentation review to final project completion, including coordinating technical and architectural interventions, managing construction site operations, ensuring safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections, organizing weekly construction meetings, preparing detailed progress reports, and coordinating with various technical stakeholders.
Required experience includes a background in construction (professional baccalaureate, BTS, or engineering degree), solid expertise in commercial, hotel, banking, or office space renovation, technical and architectural knowledge, proficiency in building and construction techniques, and excellent command of computer tools like MS Project, Word, and Excel. Strong teamwork, organizational skills, and attention to detail are crucial.
