Job description
JLL is seeking an experienced Assistant Facilities Manager to manage Front of House and Facilities Services in Milan and Madrid. The role involves leading a team, ensuring exceptional customer experience, managing operational processes, and maintaining high standards of service delivery for BlackRock facilities.
As an Assistant Facilities Manager, your primary responsibilities include managing Front of House operatives, coordinating facility services, ensuring smooth daily operations, and serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders in Milan and Madrid.
The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of facilities management experience, strong communication skills, expertise in vendor management, budget control, and health and safety compliance. You must be proficient in office software, possess quality management certifications, and demonstrate leadership capabilities.
