As a trainee, you will work across multiple departments, gaining a holistic understanding of real estate services including property leasing, purchasing, project development, and strategic consulting. You will be directly involved in client projects, work on assignments, and take on responsibilities from day one.
Candidates are expected to have a high school diploma or advanced technical diploma with good academic performance. Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, reliability, and a hands-on mentality are crucial. Proficiency in MS Office, good communication skills in German and English, and the ability to work independently and as a team player are key requirements.
