The primary responsibilities involve participating in a comprehensive three-month rotation program across different departments including Asset Management, Leasing, Property Management, Transactions, and Technical Project Management. Students will actively engage in real estate services, learning to evaluate and manage commercial properties, communicate with clients, negotiate deals, and manage service providers.
Candidates are expected to have successfully completed their (technical) high school diploma with excellent performance in mathematics, German, and English. The role requires strong communication skills, self-motivation, structured thinking, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as a team player. Proficiency in MS Office and a passion for working with people are essential.
