Primary responsibilities include cross-disciplinary work on building control systems, close collaboration with colleagues in building technology, serving as the main point of contact for a complex Building Management System (BMS). Tasks involve conducting, supporting, and assisting with maintenance, repair, and servicing of building technical installations, performing independent rounds, and operating building technical systems.
Required experience includes a completed vocational training in electrical engineering with 5-10 years of professional experience. Deep knowledge of BMS systems, particularly Siemens Desigo, is essential. Candidates must be familiar with relevant regulations, standards, and possess strong organizational skills, independence, and team capabilities.
