Primary responsibilities include managing facility services across client sites, coordinating service providers and contractors, conducting site inspections, maintaining technical installations, managing budgets, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with contractual KPIs and service level agreements.
The role requires minimum 6 years of facilities management experience, strong knowledge of EU facility legislation, proficiency in English and local language, excellent communication skills, project management capabilities, and ability to make complex decisions with limited guidance.
