Primary responsibilities include cross-disciplinary work as a building services technician, conducting comprehensive maintenance, repair, and servicing of building technical systems. Tasks involve independent execution of facility rounds, operating technical building installations, participating in a rotational on-call system, and coordinating external contractors and maintenance/repair works.
The ideal candidate should have completed vocational training in electrical engineering, possess comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, demonstrate independent work capabilities, strong organizational skills, and be service and results-oriented. Proficiency in German, good PC skills (MS Office, CAFM), and a Class B driving license are required.
