As a Facility Management Technician, you will be responsible for cross-trade technical work in building operations, including conducting maintenance, repair, and restoration of building technical systems. This includes performing independent rounds, operating building technical equipment, managing on-call rotations, and coordinating external contractors and maintenance work.
The ideal candidate will have completed training in HVAC systems, possess knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, demonstrate independent work capabilities, strong organizational skills, and service-oriented mindset. Experience in technical maintenance, understanding of building systems, and proficiency with MS Office and CAFM systems are crucial.
