Job description
JLL seeks a professional Receptionist to join their Integrated Facilities Management team in Munich. The role requires exceptional customer service skills and involves managing building reception, ensuring security protocols, and providing a high-quality experience for employees and guests in a professional commercial real estate environment.
Primary responsibilities include providing a warm welcome to all visitors, managing reception areas, ensuring strict security procedures, serving as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries, executing guest services consistent with service level agreements, conducting routine facility walkthroughs, supporting data collection and reporting, and organizing key engagement events within the assigned client location.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hospitality, facility management, or commercial real estate, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong multitasking abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, adaptability to dynamic work environments, and a service-focused approach are critical. Candidates should be keen to develop professional expertise and work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team.
