Primary responsibilities include managing reception services, welcoming customers and colleagues, organizing six conference rooms, overseeing room bookings, ensuring cleanliness and order, supporting internal and external events, managing telephone central in German and English, conducting office organization tasks like inventory and ordering supplies, handling catering orders, coordinating mail processes, and managing customer and employee parking.
Required experience includes excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented mindset, strong communication abilities, professional demeanor, organizational talent, ability to remain calm under pressure, previous reception or hospitality experience, fluent German and good English language skills, proficiency in MS Office, discretion, loyalty, and engagement.
