Job description
JLL is seeking a professional Receptionist for their Brandenburg office who will serve as the first point of contact for employees, manage visitor interactions, handle administrative tasks, and maintain a welcoming office environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a dynamic corporate setting.
As a Receptionist, primary responsibilities include managing the central telephone system, coordinating visitor management, handling mail and courier services, processing administrative tasks such as office supply procurement, maintaining office equipment like coffee machines and water dispensers, preparing and managing meeting rooms, and supporting employee onboarding and transition processes.
The role requires demonstrated experience in reception or hospitality, fluent German and good English language skills, proficiency in MS Office, a Class B driver's license, and a professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and organizational capabilities. Candidates should possess a service-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain composure during high-pressure situations.
