Job description
JLL is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager for complex Facility Management accounts in Düsseldorf. The role involves managing high-profile, multi-location customer accounts, developing tailored FM strategies, and leading exceptional facilities management services for corporate clients.
Primary responsibilities include being the main point of contact for cross-location customer accounts, developing and implementing customized Facility Management strategies, managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and leading a team to deliver exceptional FM services.
The ideal candidate requires a Master's degree in Facility Management or related field, with at least 10 years of FM experience, including 5 years managing complex accounts. Strong language skills in German and English are essential, along with excellent negotiation skills, financial management expertise, and proficiency with FM software and data analysis tools.
