Job description
JLL is seeking a Senior Finance and Data Administrator to support financial management, business operations, and data administration for a destination property. The role involves supporting the Finance & Data Manager, managing budgets, reporting, and ensuring efficient operational performance across various administrative and financial functions.
The primary responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative support to the destination, managing financial operations such as service charge and car park budgets, producing accurate financial reports, ensuring effective financial performance reporting, and supporting the management team in achieving business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of administrative experience, strong analytical skills, high IT literacy, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to innovate and implement new systems and processes. Key requirements include proficiency in Microsoft tools, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
