The ideal candidate will be responsible for complex portfolio valuations of social housing, client relationship management, and business development across regional offices in Birmingham, Manchester, or Leeds.
Primary responsibilities include conducting complex portfolio valuations of social housing nationwide, managing loan security valuation processes, and actively developing and sustaining client relationships with lenders and borrowers in the affordable housing sector.
Required experience includes MRICS qualification with 2-4+ years of professional experience, RICS Registered Valuer status, strong proficiency in DCF valuation models, advanced Excel skills, data analysis capabilities, and the ability to handle large datasets with meticulous attention to detail.
