Required experience includes a completed technical education with further qualifications as a master technician or a degree in building technology, preferably from the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector. Candidates must have 10+ years of professional experience in comparable roles such as Technical Object Manager or Facility Manager, with strong knowledge of GMP certified systems, complex customer requirements, budget management, and technical facility management regulations.
