Job description
JLL is seeking a Technical Customer Service Coordinator for their Facility Management team in Norderstedt. The role involves managing helpdesk systems, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring smooth operations at a large pharmaceutical industrial site. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding and excellent communication skills.
Primary responsibilities include managing the helpdesk system for a large pharmaceutical site, receiving and processing service calls, assigning tasks to technicians, tracking ticket resolution, coordinating with external contractors, monitoring work permits, and conducting customer satisfaction surveys.
The role requires a strong technical background in building operations, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in customer service. Candidates should have a good understanding of facility management, be organized, and comfortable working with CAFM systems like Maximo.
