A leadership role in the Banking Operations customer support team, focusing on data protection and privacy rights management. The ideal candidate will lead a team of specialists, ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional customer experience in handling individual data protection requests.
This role involves leading a team that processes and manages individual data protection right requests, analyzing performance data to improve team efficiency, customer experience, and business engagement. The primary responsibilities include being a subject matter expert in GDPR/DSGVO, reviewing escalated cases, overseeing process updates, and conducting quality checks.
Candidates must possess an in-depth understanding of German data protection regulations, strong communication and coordination skills, excellent organizational abilities, and advanced problem-solving capabilities. Fluency in German and English is required, with experience in team and project management strongly preferred. The role demands expertise in navigating complex privacy-related issues and ensuring cross-team compliance.
