Job description
A critical role within J.P. Morgan SE Finance team focusing on capital forecasting and stress testing activities. The successful candidate will lead entity-wide capital management initiatives, working across functions to ensure financial stability and strategic resilience in a dynamic regulatory landscape.
Primary responsibilities include developing and presenting the ICAAP (Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process) to key stakeholders, performing capital planning quantification, maintaining the stress testing program, and coordinating processes across Risk Management, Treasury, Finance, and Business functions.
Required qualifications include extensive experience in capital management within financial services, deep understanding of European capital adequacy frameworks (CRR, CRD, Basel), and proven analytical skills in stress testing activities. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in navigating complex regulatory environments and possess strong communication capabilities.
