Job description
A Compensation Analyst role within JPMorgan Chase's Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB), supporting compensation strategy and execution for key businesses in the EMEA region. The role involves comprehensive compensation planning, analysis, and administrative support, requiring strong analytical skills and expertise in HR and financial compensation processes.
Primary responsibilities include end-to-end annual compensation process planning, coordinating across multiple business lines, providing day-to-day compensation support, partnering with recruiting, and participating in compensation surveys to support strategic compensation needs.
Required skills include strong HR/Compensation or Finance experience, advanced analytical capabilities, high proficiency in Microsoft applications (especially Excel), data management skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
