They will be placed in roles such as Business Management, Controller, Program Management, and Regulatory Reporting and Capital Policy, contributing meaningfully to the team's objectives.
Candidates must have 5 GCSEs at grade 6 (B), including Mathematics, and a minimum of 3 A levels at grades A, B, B. They should demonstrate a passion for data analysis, accounting, and possess a strong willingness to learn. Key skills include analytical thinking, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
The program offers comprehensive training, mentorship, and career progression opportunities. Top performers can be promoted to Analyst level after one year and potentially join the Global Finance and Business Management Graduate Program. Apprentices will complete their AAT qualification, receive in-depth industry training, and have access to senior leaders.
