The role requires excellent academic credentials with proven investment banking experience. Candidates must demonstrate strong quantitative and analytical skills, proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, and the ability to work independently and take initiative. Key requirements include investment banking background (in areas like Corporate Finance, Acquisition & Leveraged Finance, Equity Capital Markets), excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, and a rigorous approach to work.
