Primary responsibilities include executing M&A transactions within Consumer & Retail sectors, driving deals from launch to signing, conducting investor outreach, managing transaction processes, developing financial analyses and valuation models, and supporting comprehensive transaction negotiations.
Required experience includes strong investment banking background, particularly in Corporate Finance or M&A, proficient technical and financial modeling skills, excellent communication abilities, and demonstrated capability in managing complex transaction processes across multiple workstreams.
