Job description
A Vice President role within CTC's Technology Risk and Control (TRC) organisation focused on managing and developing the firm's technology Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) discipline. The role requires leadership in defining and executing technology risk management frameworks across complex global technology operations.
The primary responsibilities include leading the Technology Risk and Controls Framework Management, working within the CTC-TRC Frameworks Team to accurately represent and maintain the firm's complex technology operations within the Corporate Operational Risk Environment (CORE) system. This involves defining risk identification frameworks, consulting with technology owners, ensuring risk and controls reference data alignment, and driving change initiatives across the Risk Organisation.
Required experience includes proven expertise in technology risk and controls, information risk management, compliance frameworks, and technology control industry best practices. Candidates must have knowledge of financial services regulations, technology implementations, and demonstrated ability to use data analytics techniques. Strong communication, influencing skills, and experience working with diverse, geographically distributed teams are essential.
