Job description
An 18-month apprenticeship program designed to develop fundamental customer service skills in financial services, offering hands-on learning and the opportunity to earn an industry-recognized qualification while working at Chase's Edinburgh offices.
Primary responsibilities include cultivating customer service skills through classroom study and practical application, contributing to business operations from day one while studying for a professional qualification in customer service within the financial sector.
Candidates must possess strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities, with excellent communication, listening, and empathy skills. The role requires adaptability, a growth mindset, and the ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced financial environment.
The apprenticeship offers comprehensive training, including a dedicated weekly study/development day, mentorship from industry experts, opportunities to network with senior leaders, and the potential for a full-time position within the call center upon successful program completion.
