The ideal candidate will review, draft, and implement critical policies while ensuring comprehensive regulatory mapping and change management.
This role involves leading the review of legal obligations within the ELA system, coordinating with stakeholders to map policies and procedures, identifying regulatory changes, and supporting implementation of policy updates across the Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk department.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Financial Services, Risk and Compliance, with exceptional written and oral communication skills.
