The role involves monthly and quarterly asset valuations, client coordination, and supporting partners managing over £8bn in portfolio valuations. Ideal candidates will have MRICS qualification, broad UK property valuation experience, and strong technical and communication skills.
The primary responsibilities include conducting monthly and quarterly valuations of real estate assets, using software packages like Argus Enterprise and KEL, undertaking loan security valuations, attending client meetings, and serving as the first point of contact for client inquiries.
Key requirements include holding an MRICS qualification, being registered under the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme, possessing broad UK property and secured lending valuation experience, proficiency in valuation software, and ability to prepare comprehensive reports.
