Primary responsibilities include supporting the Audit Manager in developing audit programs, conducting independent audits across residential and commercial service lines, reviewing systems and documents, assessing compliance against defined criteria, identifying risks and issues, drafting comprehensive audit reports, and communicating results with recommendations for improvement.
Required experience includes being MRICS/ARLA qualified with 5+ years in an audit or operational role within a RICS regulated firm. Candidates must have in-depth knowledge of RICS professional standards, excellent communication and organizational skills, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to remain flexible and calm under pressure.
