Job description
An opportunity to provide high-level administrative support to partners in the Residential Development team at Knight Frank, a leading global real estate consultancy. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex administrative tasks in a fast-paced professional environment.
Primary responsibilities include coordinating complex schedules, managing travel arrangements, preparing detailed correspondence, organizing meetings, handling confidential documents, and providing comprehensive administrative support to senior partners in the Residential Development division.
Candidates must have exceptional organizational skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and demonstrated experience supporting senior executives in a professional office environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently are crucial.
