Knight Frank is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant for their Valuation & Advisory team in Berlin. The role involves conducting property valuations across various asset classes, working on complex real estate projects, and providing expert advisory services in an international work environment.
First, the role involves creating comprehensive valuations for individual properties and portfolios across all asset classes, collaborating on consulting mandates and transaction support, independently conducting property inspections, and working in interdisciplinary teams. This includes developing object, location, and competitive analyses, as well as leading projects and managing client relationships.
Candidates must possess a completed degree in Architecture, Construction/Real Estate Economics, or Business Sciences, with multiple years of professional experience in property valuation or real estate. Ideal candidates are already certified appraisers with HypZert (F) and/or RICS qualifications, have excellent computer and MS Office skills, preferably with LORA experience, and are comfortable travelling and communicating fluently in English.
