Primary responsibilities include creating comprehensive analyses of properties and locations, conducting valuations of individual properties and portfolios across different asset classes both domestically and internationally, preparing market reports, researching property-related data, and independently planning and executing property inspections.
The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a degree in real estate, business economics, architecture, or geography. Candidates should be travel-ready, proficient in both German and English, demonstrate independence and teamwork skills, show engagement and flexibility, and ideally have foundational knowledge or experience in property valuation.
