Primary responsibilities include participating in legal note drafting in French and English, conducting analyses and research in corporate law, regulatory compliance, contract review and negotiation, regulatory updates, implementing financial industry projects like DORA, establishing legal and regulatory monitoring processes, and supporting joint-venture and investment operations.
The ideal candidate will have a Bac+4/5 in law, be a law student or business school graduate, demonstrate strong understanding of banking and asset management regulatory environments, possess excellent analytical skills, organizational abilities, and demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills in French and English.
